We first heard from Omer B in January, upon the release of his single “Silent Thunder“. That track introduced The Static Dive readers to a multi-talented composer, producer, recording artist, and virtuoso guitarist with an eclectic sound. He dropped his first solo release “No Time Today” in 2017.
Originally from Israel, Omer B now lives in the United States and calls the state of Georgia home. Working remotely from his home studio with collaborators around the world, the multifaceted musician creates mostly instrumental music built on elements of rock, blues, funk, gospel, and jazz. The dynamic guitar-slinger has dropped over a dozen genre-bending singles since his debut.
“ToKarma” is the brand new single from Omer B, released worldwide via all major streaming services on August 24, 2023. The track opens on a mellow live bass and drum groove as Omer vibes on a funky Stratocaster riff. Argentinian singer Sophia Grosclaude’s ethereal vocals expand the horizon as theremin and flute paint the periphery. Congas add a bit of Latin syncopation as the guitarist takes the lead on this dreamy jam.
