Tuned Out is an emerging independent recording artist making his debut in 2023. Since early August, the otherwise anonymous composer has released a string of experimental electro-pop singles and downtempo grooves. Although the project is new, the man behind the board has worked on a number of other projects over the past decade.
Inspired by cutting edge electronic artists like Zhu and Flume, Tuned Out spins a hypnotic mix of dream-pop, trip-hop, and electronica. He has already connected with fans around the world on tracks like “Sad Bear” and “Let it Flow”. The Southern California-based musician says the positive vibrations in his music are all inspired by his fiance.
“Love Grows” is a brand new single from Tuned Out, released worldwide via all major streaming services on August 23, 2023. A chill electric piano chord progression opens the track as a laid-back syncopated lo-fi funk groove takes shape around him. Piano and guitar melodies paint the edges of the mix as the singer delivers a dreamy and soulful falsetto love song.
