Edward “Eddie F” Ferrell is an American producer, DJ, songwriter, executive and entrepreneur. He has produced, written, and collaborated with several notable and highly successful artists including 2Pac, Mary J Blige, Donell Jones, Erick Sermon, Taral Hicks, LA Reid, Miss Jones, Usher, GUY, LL Cool J, Angie Stone, Jay Z, & Al B Sure!
In 2023 he introduced the new project Eddie F Presents, his platform for producing, mentoring, and developing emerging talent. A native of Mount Vernon, New York, the influential producer has already made an indelible mark on modern hip-hop culture. Now he is helping a new generation do the same.

He is joined on the track by fellow hip-hop legend Erick Sermon (EPMD) and red hot Decatur emcee, Jarren Benton. The two rappers drop shoutouts to everyone from big Daddy Kane to Redman as they deliver a loose freestyle dedication to the music that made them. On the beat, Eddie F drops a bangin’ boom-bap groove built around a funky acid-rock guitar riff.
