JusBreezy Music’s New Instrumental Vibes

JusBreezy Music is the professional name of a multifaceted independent recording artist and multi-instrumentalist producer Tabresha Buggs. The South Carolina musician made her solo professional debut in 2023 with a string of experimental nu-jazz grooves. It was the next logical step on a musical journey that began in grade school.

An eclectic composer and talented player, JusBreezy Music creates genre-fluid and cross-cultural instrumental pieces. She cites a broad range of iconic artists as inspiration, from Stevie Wonder to Mozart, Nina Simone, Robert Glasper, Esperanza Spalding, Tori Amos, and Meshell N’degeocello. Although the project is primarily a solo recording endeavor, collabs are happening and there are long-term plans for live gigs.

"My intention is to move you, whether that be emotionally or physically. I want to take you away, if only for a few minutes, to a place of relaxation."

“Fire in the Hole” is a recent single from JusBreezy Music and frequent collaborator Cocoa Barr, available worldwide via all major streaming services. The track opens on a mellow midtempo Latin groove. A funky guitar and bass duo ride a laid-back conga-fueled samba beat as strings and synths expand the soundscape. The track continues on that chilled-out jazz vibe as the guitar takes center stage for a bluesy slow hand solo.
