romanstine! is an emerging independent recording artist from Birmingham, Alabama. He made his solo professional recording debut in 2023 with the single “love or razorblade”. That track introduced a talented genre-bending new singer-songwriter with an eclectic sound built on equal parts pop, rock, hip-hop, and country.
Now based in Los Angeles, California, romanstine! moved across the country to pursue his musical dreams. Since dropping his debut, the prolific song-man has released a steady string of nearly a dozen singles. He has connected with fans around the world with popular tracks like emo-fueled rocker “Worst Way!” and last year’s “Bad Memories”.
“Somebody New” is the brand new single from romanstine!, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 3, 2025. Ethereal electric guitar arpeggios open the track as the singer steps to the mic with acoustic guitar in hand. In a smooth pop tenor with a little bit of rasp and a touch of twang, he delivers a heartfelt break up ballad.
