Chad Nathan is an aspiring music producer and beat maker from Waterloo, South Carolina. We first heard from him in November of last year. He’s been working on both sides of the turntable for quite some time, splitting his energies between rapping and DJing. A broken microphone ultimately chose a direction for him as he recently made the move to work behind the boards full time. Since then Chad has worked with emcees in his hometown as he defined his sound.
“Said And Done” is the latest single from Chad Nathan, released worldwide to all major streaming services on February 22, 2021. For this track he sought out the rhyming skills of Richmond, Virginia’s J. See. The track rolls on a low and slow Trap beat. A deep droning bass rumbles under a cool downtempo groove while a spacey, ethereal synth plays the song’s main melody as it floats on the horizon.
Meanwhile J.See delivers a laid back narrative about getting the job done. In a low key style he tells tales of opportunists with bad energies, and about his own drive to keep up the grind. He has a cool, mellow flow.
