Norwood first appeared on these pages page in October upon the release of his single “Morning Light.” That song introduced The Static Dive readers to an international singer, songwriter and recording artist who has made a name for himself on festival stages around the world. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, as a teen the LGBTQ+ artist clashed with his conservative surroundings. In adulthood he countered that experience with uplifting and inclusive pop and EDM music.

Riding on a classic disco/house groove, the singers take turns dropping soulful and suggestive verses with each take bookended by the song’s infectious chorus.
