SxR LÜCÏFËR is the artist persona of genre-fluid producer, label owner, and hardcore gamer, Kilo House. He launched the brand in 2024 after a personal and artistic epiphany found him reassessing his motives as a creator. He now creates music with a simple and unshakable mantra in mind.
Regular readers are well acquainted with Kilo House. His early solo work and other projects have appeared on these pages numerous times. And, he is also my (Bob Smith/The Static Dive) collaborator, mastering engineer, and business partner in House of Static Records. He has quickly become an artist to watch in the world of phonk music, releasing more than a dozen singles since debuting the dark new icon last year.
“Demøns Cøme” is the brand new single from SxR LÜCÏFËR, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 17, 2024. The track opens on a hypnotic mix of syncopated electronic percussion. Haunting vocals paint the edges of the mix as the beat lands on a dark and dirty phonk groove. It’s an introspective vibe that explores the transient nature of circumstances both good and bad.
