Denver, Colorado-based cinematic rock band Thousand Frames returns with an intense and introspective new high-profile collaboration with Saliva lead-vocalist Josey Scott. Regular readers of The Static Dive will remember the band from their 2023 single “Blaming Myself“. Guitarist Kelsey Marchman has also appeared on these pages as a solo artist.

Formed in 2012 by Marchman and songwriting partner Kyle Kaufman, Thousand Frames have produced an impressive catalog of electronic rock, emo, and metal. They have earned a reputation in their hometown and beyond for epic productions and emotional live performances. The band has recruited some 90s heavyweight rock & roll star power for their latest single.

“Has Somebody Heard From You?” is the current single and title track of the new EP by Thousand Frames, released worldwide via all major streaming services on June 28, 2024. The track opens with urgent energy as a minor-key mix of guitars and synths sets the scene as Josey Scott steps to the mic. In a soulful rock tenor, he reflects on past lessons while emphasizing the importance of living in the moment. As the track progresses, anthemic guitars and multi-part vocal harmonies transform the melancholy vibe into an inspirational anthem.
