Alpha Circle is back with their first new music since January’s emotionally charged suicide awareness ballad, “Cold Again.” Readers of The Static Dive have followed every step of the way as the Madrid-based band has produced a string of singles designed to make an emotional impact. From feel-good tunes like the inspiring “Circles” and last year’s club jam “Groovin,” to songs that heal through understanding, the Spanish/English quartet tells stories of hope and perseverance set to catchy Alt-Pop rockers.
“Phoenix And Butterflies” is the latest single from Alpha Circle, released worldwide to all major streaming services on September 10, 2021. The track opens on a quiet acoustic guitar intro as lead vocalist Lee Chamberlain declares his devotion to an unnamed lover. Soon the band joins in and the song kicks into an upbeat 90’s Alternative inspired groove. The band is in top form as they deliver a radio-ready jam featuring a rocking bass & drum rhythm and some really nice guitar work. Meanwhile Chamberlain reassuringly promises, “I’m not feeling those butterflies anymore.”
