The song finds the singer alone with his guitar, accompanied only by a soft and subtle ambient synth pad. As he picks a classic Folk waltz, Alex sings a love song to music itself. Using the imagery and metaphor of fairy tales and fantasy he pays homage to the great musicians and poets who have opened our lives to such beauty and who “fill the sky with magic butterflies.”
