Two-Man Advantage & DCxPC Drop Some Legendary Live Hockey Punk

Two-Man Advantage

The DCxPC Live crew is back with Volume 3 of their live concert recording series, featuring veteran Punk band Two-Man Advantage. The Orlando, Florida based music company is owned and operated by two friends and bandmates; Mr. P and Mike Hellbound. In the absence of live events during the pandemic the duo converted their live production company into a record label. Regular readers of The Static Dive will recall Volume 1 featuring the bands Call in Dead, 2AMature and Volume 2 with TV Generation & The Sinema.

“DCxPC Live Volume 3 Presents Two-Man Advantage Live” is the forthcoming new album from the label. The record features two concerts from Long Island’s Two-Man Advantage (2MA). For over two decades, 2MA has reigned as the “the world’s premier hockey punk band.” Over the years the band has been featured on such high-profile publications as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times and their music has been played in numerous NHL arenas.

The new record consists of two shows recorded 16 years apart, each at premiere Rock venues. Side A was recorded on August 4, 2002 on the legendary stage of New York City’s now defunct CBGB. Side B was recorded on May 26, 2018 at Last Vegas’ Fremont Country Club. The music pops with all of the energy hardcore Punk fans expect. It is hard, fast, and fun. Led by lead vocalist ‘Drunk Bastard,’ the band bangs out short, high-octane Punk songs about hockey and drinking.

The album is available for pre-order on 12′ vinyl as of October 8, 2021. Everyone that orders within the first week will be placed in a raffle to win a copy of VML Live “Pink Lincoln”. This was a seminal and popular series of live vinyl in the 1990s, and was part of the inspiration for DCxPC Live. The Two-Man Advantage album also has a special reversible cover featuring the standard black and white design on one side and a live photo cover on the other.
